The service advisor, Mozie Alcorn, was very efficient and professional. The service performed on my truck was excellent. Mozie noted potential issues that need my attention. Excellent service overall.
I had a recall repair on my Corolla. I was told that it would take four hours. The service department got the job done in two hours and they washed my car too! I was quite happy to be done in half the time.
Best service department around! This is not a “Stealership”, they charge great prices and do quality work. Mozie (Service Department) is awesome and has been taking care of my family vehicles for years. I fully trust Toyota of Escondito.

Went in to replace two damaged tires (bought there on 04-20-16 including road hazard warranty) and to get the low tire air pressure light addressed. Bought this Avalon new on 07-03-07 at Escondido store & have had all service & maintenance done there = ‘valued customer’? Wouldn’t give any grace on tire road hazard, their computer couldn’t connect to ID the faulty air pressure sensor so had to break down each tire/wheel to find same at their labor rate of $133.00 per hour. My experience was GREAT as always. I only take my car to Toyota Escondido.
Tyler was very helpful and attentive to my needs and concerns.
Great place to buy a car. No pressure, excellent financing. We bought a used car unfortunately it only had one key fob. We had one made and they reimbursed us. Those key fobs aren't cheap $350. Thank you Toyota of Escondido you guys are great!
