I came in to Toyota of Escondido without an appointment to check my 2015 Highlander for an engine check light coming on while driving. Andrew took care of my car and within a few hours the issue was resolved at no cost to me. I was very satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

I was told at the beginning of my service (apt scheduled) that it would probably take less than an hour because it wasn’t busy. I had my 14 month old with me. It ended up taking 2 hrs and 15 mins because they had to update my gps. I think the only reason I was getting inpatient was because my daughter was getting fussy but other than that they were nice. Courtesy car wash always which is great
Great customer service today from John Suckling. Oil change was done in no time and a complimentary car wash. And a free cup of coffee too. Great!
