Worst dealership ever for maintenance. You make appointments and they never honor them at the correct time. Whats the point of an appointment if you never ever make them?

I brought my 2018 Camry Hybrid in for it’s first service and found the staff extremely courteous, helpful, and efficient. My car was serviced faster than I had expected. The Service waiting area was clean and comfortable, as well as the exterior Lyft waiting are. I really appreciated the transportation to and from a local store while my car was being serviced.
Worst experience ever - terribly customer service and inexperienced sales force - we waited forever for an easy buy - still having issues - once they sell you they could care less what happens next
My overall experience on Toyota of Escondido servicing my tundra was good the only thing I’m not satisfied with is a got offer the car wash and when I picked up my vehicle I was in a hurry didn’t realized until later it didn’t get washed that’s all other than that the work done on the truck no issues
