The staff was very helpful and understanding. He took the time to explain and go over everything. He also answered and addressed my concerns and questions. The wait time was also very good for what I went in for, I thought I was going to be there for a long time. I was pleasantly surprised when they call me in a short while and said my car was ready.

I had the best experience purchasing my daughter's car. I traveled 2 hours from La Mirada because Alex Ramos was very honest and to the point. I would definitely drive there again to purchase my next Toyota or used car.
Last time they did the oil change on our Lexus their mechanic screwed the oil filter housing too tight, my mechanic had to pry it open and the filter housing (plastic??? seriously Lexus?) broke. resulting in an extra $60, doubling the cost of our oil change. never going to Toyota Escondido again for maintenance
