Friendly people, coffee, tea hot chocolate while you wait. Clean restrooms, very open area for waiting. on time with their predictions unless additional work has to be done and then they still can get you out on time. always receive a clean car upon leaving.
Art Lara is great. He lets you know exactly what will be done and if there are any changes he will call you to discuss. He doesn’t try to up sell anything, I believe he treats people like he would a member of his family.

This dealership has always treated me with the upmost honesty, professionalism and kindness. I’ve always been very comfortable there. Can’t say that about many car dealerships.If you’re going to purchase , lease, service a Toyota, go see em!

Sorry to hear that you messed up with Michellie Jones. You lost out much more than she did on a new vehicle. Hint, you might want to pull strings and favors with other dealers to right your wrong.
Do not buy from them....Just went to buy a truck and even though they knew what time I was coming they sold the truck two mins before my Uber arrived. I even requested a sales contract and they said I could complete in at dealership. They also knew I had check in hand as I had informed them. Obviously they wanted to also make money on loan. Could have at least offered to pay for my two 45mins Ubers. 👎
