Great experience today! My husband bought a new 4Runner.
I drive here all the way from LA to get my car checked up because I’ve had such a positive experience overall with the people that work here and really feel like I can trust them. I’ve had dealers in Long Beach tell me things were wrong with my car, but when I took it back to Toyota Escondido afterwards they told me my car was completely fine. I always trust their service department with the last word! On my last visit Errol helped me and he was super helpful and awesome! Service was also quick, which was great.

I made an appointment weeks ago in advance and the day of the service they told me it would take 2 hours for just an oil change. Javier was the service specialist. (was the point of making an appointment)

Toyota of Escondido was great! Very straight forward, friendly staff. They weren’t pushy which is exactly what I’m looking for when buying a car.
