I stopped in today to ask about upgrading to a new 4Runner... the man at the front asked me if I needed help and I told him my purpose which was buying a new car. He sent me away. He told me to go back to Toyota Carlsbad even after I told him I felt more comfortable with the selection in Escondido.. he again sent me to Carlsbad. The sales reps, Ignacio Martinez the financial rep from the used car lot that works with Ignacio because I forgot his name but was wonderful with me and my family and Matt at the service area was also wonderful and I love toyota period. They gave me my very first brand new car in my life ❤️ so I will always recommend toyota and their employees
Never really had a problem department light and they get the job done acting happy with whoever gets in my car and go through my glove box or my change holder... don't understand how checking my quarters has anything to do with an air bag repair....
Service was good, but don't go on a Monday, even if you have an appt. They are mobbed on Mondays.
