Still waiting for a refund from August 16th for a charge when I canceled my reservation! I was told “Don’t worry, you will not be charged!” On the day that I canceled. Several times I was told they would call me back. Only received one call and was told last Thursday they’d call me back. Still no call back and no refund! $126.56 I paid for a night when I didn’t even stay. If I were told from the beginning that they wouldn’t cancel my reservation, we would’ve just stayed so it wouldn’t be a complete loss. Please call me back ... read more

This was our first time in Miami, and my wife booked this hotel based off of recommendations advice from a cruise group we belong to. I’m very happy she did, the hotel is very nice and clean. The employees are very friendly, and willing to help! Thanks for making our stay, a very good one! I know your establishment is new, but if you can keep up what you’ve started with great attitudes and cleanliness; you’ll be the talk of the town for years to come! We LOVE it here!
