Horrible housekeeping service. Frequent requests to throw out trash and change linens, as I have to wait a minimum of 3 days before anyone does something. No manager on duty during the weekend...They are short staffed and guests have to throw out their own trash.

Friendly people and great bar.
This hotel treated me like family while I was in town for work. From day one I was welcomed with open arms, (socially distanced of course,) they took care of me and made sure I had everything I needed, all while providing comfortable and luxury amenities! I’ll be staying here the next time I visit Miami and I thank Ingrid, Yenni, Yanis, and Orianna and everyone else who gave me great service!
Best hotel. Best staff. Ingrid and Eddy made me feel like Justin Bieber during my stay. Come down before your cruise or flight out and u might not wanna get on. Ten stars

This hotel is incredible .... It’s basically the four season’s of the Miami airport area. Ingrid and Eddy are incredibly helpful and accommodating. The staff has been true pro’s during the Covid-19 pandemic. 5/5 would recommend this hotel!

I’ve been staying here for more than a month and have absolutely ZERO complaints. In fact, I have nothing but praise for the front desk personnel (Ingrid, Yeni and others) who have always answered my requests expeditiously and with a smile. Additionally, members of the service staff, like Xiomara, have taken great care to repeatedly clean my room or other parts of the hotel thoroughly (e.g. outdoor patio, fitness center, bar, dining area, etc.). Amazing staff!! I’ve stayed at hotels around the world and the staff members here are some of the best! They are friendly, quick to meet the needs of the people staying at the hotel, and work hard to ensure the visit is perfection! Highly recommend this hotel!
