My husband and I and my children have been going to Dr. Piazza for at least a decade. He has always been kind and compassionate, explained what needed to be done, been extremely patient and understanding with my daughter and always respectful and professional. I've had several emergencies, and he and his staff have always been accommodating. Jackie makes our cleanings enjoyable, and she is always gentle and pleasant. The staff is always friendly. Dr. Piazza was the most condescending, impatient, egotistical person I've ever met. Actually told me that wasn't in pain! bullied me into getting a tooth pulled, and said to the hygienist "get suction in here before she spits this on me" ... the most unprofessional encounter I've ever had at a medical facility... then when I refused to apologize to him for being upset he said "this isn't going to end well for you" if ... blah blah... I stopped listening... I never met the guy in my life and I will never go back there again
Great dentists, hygienists, and office staff! Love them, great work!
they only have money in mind. they do unnecessary work just so they Max out your insurance. they get paid. they also send your crowns out to "California" truth is it goes to China. who knows what's in your crown. enjoy getting unnecessary work done.
service is efficient, professional and there's usually no wait!. and, they're very nice!
