Thank you Ryan Schag at Town & Country for fixing the furnace!! I got a text that he was on his way (about 45 minutes earlier than estimated) and he was here within 10 minutes. Another 20 minutes and the house is warming up. Ryan was friendly and polite and we chatted about the fact that he might actually finish early today, Saturday. Great Service!!! Called at 6:25 pm on Saturday night, a technician was at my house in less than 20 minutes. It’s HOT outside and I have a/c tonight!
John from Town and Country came today when my air conditioner went out yesterday - he worked so quickly and was able to find what was wrong in about 10 minutes. My capacitor had gone out, he said likely due to a power surge of some sort. Replaced it, and my house is already cooling down again. He was back in his car before the downpour hit, so thank goodness Mother Nature heard my prayers to hold off the rain a bit longer! Great service!
My A/C wasn't working . My favorite tech Carl came out the very morning that I called . It was a simple fix , he did the repair and didn't charge me a dime . Good people at Town and Country Services !
