We had a pipe burst and they called us back at 6:40am and had someone out to fix it at 8am. They finished within an hour. Fast, polite, reasonably priced. Will call again when needed!
Website says call for emergencies and after hour service. A multi unit complex building needed a plumber, and because they’d have to submit an invoice to the unit management company, they turned us away. Won’t be calling or recommending this company to anyone going forward as I have in the past.

Town & Country recently replaced my furnace & a/c. Throughout the entire process, from quoting the job to installing the equipment, everyone involved was friendly, knowledgeable, & professional. The installers did an amazing job. They didn’t just quickly slap together the equipment with a ‘that’s good enough’ attitude, and call it a day. They took their time, did a high quality installation & stayed until the job was done right. And it shows in the caliber & craftsmanship of their work.
These folks conduct themselves professionally. I gained trust in their competence through the process of my initial inquiry and their assessment/recommendations. This was a significant amount of work to be done at a commercial property - 3 AC units and 2 furnaces. The team made a couple of visits to our site prior to starting and I was kept well informed. The crew from Town and Country just left after installing my new furnace and thermostat! The crew was great and did an awesome job! They didn’t mind my cat, Smudge, getting in their way either. Tommy made sure to bleed all my radiators to make sure the heat would be at maximum efficiency. I appreciate the wonderful job they did, and my cats appreciate the heat in the radiators again. Smudge hopped up on one as soon as he realized there was heat in it again. Thank you!
