Town and Country Services has been awesome to me since my air conditioner and furnace died. From the service technician who came to my home to get me cool air, to the sales person who explained the new unit, to the installers, who came to put in my new unit, and the friendly ladies who answer the phones and deal with customers. I strongly recommend Town and Country!! I was and am totally satisfied!

During the first very hot days, my a/c quit working. I called Town & Country and in spite of how busy they were, they were able to take care of the problem. Jimmy was very efficient and diagnosed and fixed problem quickly.

We had a gas fireplace insert installed today by Carl and Joe. Hard working, professional with great attitudes. If the insert works as well as these guys did we will be happy!

What a terrible company. Absolutely no communication between the management or people taking the orders and setting up the work and the guys actually doing to work. It’s a wonder you’re still in business. But with what you charge for the work you don’t do, it shouldn’t be long and they’ll retire millionaires. Terrible terrible terrible. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Good luck if you call them. They’ll definitely get every nickel from you after jerking you around. Lots of trips but nothing ever got finished.
