John was very thorough and professional. He answered all my questions and didn’t try to advise things I don’t need!
I've used Town and Country twice so far this year (furnace motor went out and pressure valve on my water heater needed to be replaced), and both times they've been excellent. They really seem concerned with their customers and haven't hesitated to point out when I've unknowingly done something unsafe, which I appreciate. When they had to order a part, they stayed in contact to keep me updated and worked around my work schedule. I'll definitely continue using their services.

Carl was great for my service calls and Tom was great when he came to do our estimate and even made a point to make sure we got our new furnace put in on a Sunday after our old one was not repairable! We are very happy with our new furnace and the 12 year parts and labor warranty is peace of mind now!
