RecommendedTown and Country services my heating and air conditioning units twice each year. I have always found the service technicians to be professional and friendly. Yesterday, while cleaning the air conditioner, Joe used the outside hose and noticed the water pressure was low. The pipe to the outside had sprung a leak and was flooding water in the basement. Even though this was my problem, Joe cleaned up the water before he left. He went beyond what was expected and still remained cheerful throughout the whole fiasco!
Excellent installation, prompt service, never leave a mess, great personalities, with smiles on their faces, considerate of not tracking in dirt.....love you guys....

Recently, at different times, three young men, Jason, Tony and Michael visited my home for separate maintenance issues. All three of them are to be commended for their courtesy, their respect for me and my home and very obviously their excellent maintenance abilities. Jason, Tony and Michael all possessed wonderful customer service skills! Thank You to Town and Country and to Jason, Tony and Michael. Special thanks to phone staff, Kim and Wendy who also provide outstanding customer service!
Awesome service all around. Wendy was the absolute sweetest on the phone. We had our AC serviced by Carl. He was super informative, and is one of the nicest guys. We also had Joe Buckley come out before hand to quote us Incase we needed a new unit and he was also super great. Thank you!

Our ac went out on Monday and got a new one put in the next day. Was very professional and friendly. Highly recommended
They were here within an hour of calling, Carl was funny and friendly, He taught me how to change my filter and clean my ac unit and what services need done yearly, I recommend this company 100% and definitely this specific technician
Ryan did a great job, He got my air-conditioning working again! I was glad he came even though it was Sunday. The temperature was 83 when he came! It is working great now!
