Came here twice for service in the last 3 days and turned away both times. Just needing an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. Was told today a 3hr wait minimum after they couldn’t do it on Saturday and was told to come in today. Sad because not only do I own Fords, so does our company. Looks like we will look elsewhere.
RecommendedI love town and country ford I got 2015 ford fusion blue any problem I have had with it I have taken it to the dealership and they have fixed it at a reasonable price Mavrick was my salesman and whenever I decide to trade I will be back to get something else as long as I can have the same person. Bought two pick up trucks in one weekend the sales department was phenomenal needed paint work done on one of the trucks got jacked around by the service department for over a month. Now now they’re jacking us around over a silly rental vehicle I do not recommend this service department at all
Called for an estimate on my platinum, “minor accident” and they were insanely rude. Dealers will be a thing of the past in a few years because of places like this. Tesla’s new business model is paving the way for the future, buying from the manufacturers! Keep treating people bad while you can..
