They need to inform the customer of the extra charges that they put on the ticket at the time of drop off instead of letting the customer know at the time of pick up. I received two charges of $98 for Diagnostic but I was not told of the cost nor that there was a cost for each procedure. They would not answer any of my question they just keep giving me vague answers about the bill.
