I’d probably recommend this place as far as the service shop goes, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend buying a Ford Focus. I’ve bought two cars from here, one was a used Chevy Malibu which I didn’t realize had a rebuilt title until I got ready to resale it, but it was in pretty good shape and lasted me two years, which was pretty reliable for me at the time. In 2018 I decided I’d purchase my very first brand new car. I had 2011 Nissan Sentra that lasted me from 2012 to 201... Continue Reading

I know its only 2% but does this make sense after an oil change? I JUST picked it up two hours ago.

Business response:

I will check with the Service Manager about how that works. I never looked at mine afterwards.

Actually take time and do the diagnostics they charge people for. Was charged 107 dollars and some odd change for them to tell me essentially only minor things were wrong. Took it to Ford of Murfreesboro where they told my my transmission was about to give out. Which is why I brought it to Town and country Ford, but they said nope can’t be the transmission it’s the front left wheel hub *btw they tried to charge me over a thousand dollars to change the front hub assembly*. Don’t trust these people, they probably sell lemons i... read more

Service department is terrible. Extremely rude and will rip you off. I asked to retrieve important documents from my car and was told no I then asked for a copy of my bill & was told no. If I could give this place a negative rating I would. Take your car elsewhere.

Business response:

Ms. Clark, we always provide customers their invoice/receipts. We have no issue helping customers retrieve items from their vehicles that are in for repair.

Purchasing from Town and Country Ford was such an easy and comfortable experience. My salesman (Jamie Lyons) and the staff made my wife and I feel right at home. No pushing anything upon you like some dealerships try to do. They are there for your needs. I highly recommend you stop in for your next purchase!

Business response:

Thank you Tracy for that glowing recommendation. So glad we were able to make it painless and easy.

We bought a beautiful used car with Town & Country. However, a couple of things needed to be repaired, and appointment was made. They told us it would be ready by the afternoon. It wasn’t ready, so they kept the car the weekend. They called for us to pick it up when ready on Monday. We went.. it took an hour for us to convince service department that this was an agreement of things to be repaired for the purchase, the service manager left in the middle of discussion; when I finally got in the car... nothing was repaired. Had... read more
