They are the most rudest sales people ever..I went out there and told the salesman that started he was the internet manager that I liked a Road Ranger they had on the lot how much I liked it and wanted to test drive he told me it was a very expensive vehicle and refused to show it to me...Then he walked off..This was my second bad encounter with this dealership.. I got a good price on a 2013 f150 3.5 turbo boost crew cab. Only thing is I ended up having a nail in the side of a rear tire when I got near home with it and stopped for gas. They may help me out some since it could had been there when I drove it off the lot. I will find out tomorrow.
I want to publicly thank Mr. Fidel Yslas with the Service Department at Town and Country Ford in Nashville Tn. I have always taken my vehicle here for oil changes, and mechanical issues. This week it was a mechanical issue. Fidel was kind and sensitive to my needs and went far beyond the “normal” customer service level to help me! Thank you Fidel for being so professional and for helping me!
I traded vehicles last week at Town and Country Ford, and I must say, it was a very pleasant experience. My sales consultant, Jeff Callahan, and the sales manager, Jason, both were easy to work with, and seemed genuinely concerned with me getting exactly what I wanted, and at a fair price for all concerned.
