Less than a year ago I purchased a 2019 Ford Fiesta. I was looking for a cheap, economical commuter car. No bells or whistles. My Fiesta even has roll down windows. I didn’t want a big car payment and didn’t need all the fancy stuff. I just wanted to be able to get from point A to point B. I was actually fairly proud of myself for my thrift. I see by reviews I should have researched their customer service prior to making an appointment! I came in for a synthetic oil change and brought my own oil, tire rotation, fill fluids and importantly a GPS update as I will be traveling. Upon checking out I did not receive a vehicle check-up form as I always have over the years at every Ford dealership? These guys are crooks. They misdiagnosed a braking problem in my car, charged me $750 for a fix I didn’t need, of which $279 was for a part that list for $80 on the internet. When I got my car back from them the problem persisted, I took it back and they rediagnosed the problem and told me it would be an additional $1500 to fix. No thank you. Stay far away from these people, they’re bad folks.

The repair on March 2nd, was an assembly. You may have priced out an individual item and not an assembly and you did have a rental factored into your bill. I will never ever use this dealership. I know the general manager personally. I have known him since I was a baby. He took advantage of me and my husband that is a former us marine. I have three children and he sold us a car and made 13k over what the car is worth. We are now stuck in a vehicle that we can barely afford and can not get rid of it. Please do not use this car lot. I bought a 2014 Focus from this dealership. The car had 26K miles on it when I bought it. This was 2 years ago this week. In the past two years I’ve had the clutch replaced 3 times, and the first two times were at this dealership. The last time I went to get it fixed, I decided to go to a different dealership to get it done. They informed me that the clutch had been replaced before I even bought the car.
