So very disappointed with my experience with Town & Coutry Ford. Two major repairs before making the 2nd payment and now back in the shop again. After authorizing repair with 3 people it took two days to get my car from the sales dept to the service dept plus 3 more days to repair. No call back from the manager after multiple calls & voicemails! Only option they give me is get upside on my loan and spend more money. I'll NEVER do business here again. LEMON DEALER!
