Purchased a vehicle from this dealership on the very first day I had a service issue and I still continue to have that issue today and the service department is telling me I need to bring it in when the light is on because they can't fix it otherwise ain't that some bull. The worst service department ever and it supposed to be under warranty. They have been courteous but absolutely unhelpful.. I'm sure I'm not the only one that has had a bad experience with them or maybe only certain people don't get good service.

My Dad always told me a Ford couldn't be beat, after driving other vehicles I now know he was right. All of you went above and beyond for us and we will never go anywhere else. I have never had buying a car seem like I was dealing with family until now.
