I purchased my new F-350 a couple of weeks ago. I found he truck I wanted on line, contacted my usual salesman and he was able to pick it up from their Pell City location and bring it to Bessemer. We arrived a day later and had our truck appraised and test drove the new one and within an hour and a half we were leaving with the new truck. All in all a very speedy and pleasant experience, we will return for the next vehicle which may be sooner than later if the wife has her way.
I want to thank Town & Country Ford for taking care of me with my 2 new work vans. I also want to give a special thanks to Derrick Young and Brian Baker for their impeccable customer service. I have had such horrific service at this establishment for the past year that i actually went to Premiere Chevrolet and traded both my wifes Explorer and my FX4 this week. They charged me for multiple services and absolutley neglected to complete them. Poor service department and you can forget someone helping you.
Town and Country Ford have excellent sales and service support. I just purchased my second F250 from Derrick Young. Call Derrick if you want the best salesman out there.
