Terrible service department! Had Explorer, under warranty, in shop for over a month. Said it would absolutely be finished yesterday.....guess what? They lied.

I bought a truck back in October 2019 from Jay and Florian. Their service then was exceptional, but today it got even better. A local mechanic had quoted me over $600 to replace brakes and rotors on a truck that had just had them replaced less than three months prior. I called Florian and he personally arranged for me to bring my truck to the service department where it was determined my truck needed neither brakes nor rotors, and the issue was being caused by rocks and mud in my wheel. Town & Country has the worst service dept. I would not recommend them to anyone. The last visit they lost a lug nut off one of my wheels. Didn’t bother to tell me neither. This was a brand new set of lug nuts that I just purchased because they damaged the last set that was on there. Also told me my battery was bad and needed to be replaced. The battery is two months old. I carried it to another place to have it checked and they said the battery is fine.
