I have to rave about the service department! Katrina went above and beyond anything I could have expected yesterday! I had a blowout on 459 and figured, based on prior experience, I would have to be in a rental for a couple of days but Katrina jumped in and got me back in my car the same day complete with 4 new tires. I have always had to order the tires at least a day in advance. She even called me this morning to make sure that everything was good with the car and that I was having a better day. Horrible dealership. They were dishonest about the prices they agreed on and when we left because of their dishonesty they put out an order to not let any Ford dealership let us buy a truck that day but thankfully Adamson Ford in Birmingham let us get the same truck for a better price and no hassle.
Thanks to Chip Nichols and the crew at Town & Country. They went beyond expectations to accommodate me, including staying at the dealership 3 hours after closing time! Thanks Guys!
