Nathan Ussery in particular was my sales rep and he went above and beyond to make sure I had a vehicle to test drive upon arrival. He answered all my questions, no matter how dumb I thought they might be. I was very pleased with this visit as I had a previous one in January not go so well but he turned my prospective back around! �
Just purchased a new F250 from Town and Country Ford Pell City and had a great buying experience. From Marcus Johnson the salesman to the finance dept they made buying a new vehicle a pleasure. I would highly recommend when purchasing a new ford this is where you want to go. The dealership is a state of the art facility.

They were nice too you until you bought the car then when you need there assistance they keep on transferring you until they say screw it an just ignore your phone calls

I had been searching for a new vehicle and I wanted an SUV. A teller at my Credit Union suggested Town & County Ford. I looked online and found a 2015 Ford Escape SE I loved! I called and Matt Creamer became my salesman. Matt is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! He was friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He made my vehicle purchase a breeze.
