From the minute you walk into Town & Country Ford to the time you leave, employees are courteous and asking you if you need anything. Carlton Dowdell has been assisting us with our Ford vehicles for about 15 years. He totally outdid himself last week (especially with patience!) in helping my husband get the truck that he wanted. We were delighted to find that the truck exceeded our expectations because of Carlton's efforts.

Andrita Michelle Pope provided world class customer service. She did an amazing job in explaining all the features of my Ford Explorer. She even took the time to sync me and my wife's phone to the in car Bluetooth system. I've purchased cars from dealers all over the country but Andrita is the best.
