I had a great experience at Town and Country thanks to Chip Nichols. He was very knowledgeable about the product. He sat with me after I made my purchase and explained every aspect of the car to me. I highly suggest seeing Chip if in need of a vehicle. He was awesome!

Chip made sure I was able to pick it up when I had planned despite the unexpected hiccup with alternator quitting during test drive. He got it replaced for me with little delay and I was on my way. From the minute you walk into Town & Country Ford to the time you leave, employees are courteous and asking you if you need anything. Carlton Dowdell has been assisting us with our Ford vehicles for about 15 years. He totally outdid himself last week (especially with patience!) in helping my husband get the truck that he wanted. We were delighted to find that the truck exceeded our expectations because of Carlton's efforts.
