What happened to the service department? Once upon a time they were good but as of today Feb 6 2026 they suck. I dropped my truck off waited over an hour and a half and it never moved from where I left it. I asked the new service manager and he said they were waiting for a lift. On my way out to my truck I looked into the service bays to see two empty lifts. Mechanics standing around shooting the shit. It was never this way before.
