Was considering this place until I heard enough terrible things about it and doing my own research and seeing how expensive it is for “promised” amenities? How about finished amenities with those prices?
Save your time and money, Commerce Tower is a joke, the pool won’t be complete until next year. How is this a “City within a city”? There is no marketplace with shopping. There is no sense of community because the place can’t even keep staff. The gym, club room, and business center are the best 3 of the 18 available (36 promised) amenities...
Bad place bad peoples just bad
Terrible place to live. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and I’m more than ready to leave. I was so excited for a pool, one of the main reasons I moved here from my previous apartment. I was promised the pool would be completed in February of 2018. Now it’s August 2018 and it is nowhere close to being completed with false promises continuing. This is quite an expensive place, for amenities that aren’t ready. Completely false advertising, is the vibe I got. Literally as I’m walking out the door two people that live here warned me about how awful their experiences have been in living there just a year now. A complete disappointing disaster.
