The lack or communication with management. The cleanliness of building. The maintenance is poor. The windows ice over every year bad. Don't move here. There are other buildings offering more amenities for the same price. Don't move here!

I'm writing this on July 3rd and the pool is still not open (the rest of downtown has figured out how to open their pools) and there has been no real communication on why. These kinds of problems come from above the office leasing staff. Commerce Tower is a community that has so much potential, but falls so short of reaching it. Good location, decent finishes, etc. However, the thing that hurts them so much is their habit of doing things halfway or less. Great example is my unit. RecommendedCommerce Tower is everything you want in a community. It is quiet, clean, has friendly staff, friendly neighbors, and fabulous views of downtown, the river, River Market, the airport, and beyond. The location is spectacular, I love walking to the grocery store, the River Market, Power and Light, and Berkley Riverfront Park when the weather is nice. RecommendedWith a phenomenal view, 24/7 front desk service, front door access to the Trolleys; secured parking; an excellent gym, pool, & dry sauna; a short walk to Farmer's Market and fine restaurants abounding, this might be the best decision I could have made since moving here from Seattle.
Was considering this place until I heard enough terrible things about it and doing my own research and seeing how expensive it is for “promised” amenities? How about finished amenities with those prices?
Save your time and money, Commerce Tower is a joke, the pool won’t be complete until next year. How is this a “City within a city”? There is no marketplace with shopping. There is no sense of community because the place can’t even keep staff. The gym, club room, and business center are the best 3 of the 18 available (36 promised) amenities...
