RecommendedI moved to Chatham green in Oct 2017. I love this property in a lot of ways, because the property manager Jessica Gil makes sure her staff takes care of her residents completely and makes sure our units are taking care of with any issues..I had some problems with my unit but they have always been good to me and taken good care of my unit and it's extremely close to everything ....there is a Costco across the street from us and in the highlands there are all these shops and restaurants .... I will be renewing my lease

They keep this place looking GOOD. Non-smoking property, which is a huge attraction. Dog-friendly with a dog park and pet waste stations scattered all over the property. Parking is an issue, but not a deal-breaker. Great location close to highway and any type of store or restaurant you'd want. Renewing my lease was a simple decision.

RecommendedWith a phenomenal view, 24/7 front desk service, front door access to the Trolleys; secured parking; an excellent gym, pool, & dry sauna; a short walk to Farmer's Market and fine restaurants abounding, this might be the best decision I could have made since moving here from Seattle.
