The individual apartments are nice and so is the gym, however, you pay a premium price but don’t get the benefit of any premium amenities. There are numerous other apartments downtown that are of comparable price but far exceed Commerce tower in terms of amenities. You’re money is better spent elsewhere. I would steer clear of Commerce until they can show you all of the promised amenities when you sign. I was told the pool would be done in September of 2017, here we are in June of 2018 still with no pool.
