RecommendedWe love our apartment here. It’s such a safe and quiet area with amazing office staff and maintenance workers. They are always very respectful and whenever we have had any issues with our apartment, maintenance has been prompt and professional responding to our call the same day. I am extremely happy with our decision to move here and I would recommend this complex to all of my friends and family!

RecommendedI moved here "temporarily" in April 2000 and never left. I love it here! The grounds and buildings are attractive, the staff is the best, maintenance is done promptly, the location can't be beat for access to shopping and interstate access.
RecommendedIf you’re looking for an apartment, I’m telling you - this is the place to be. All the amenities, the spacious and affordable apartments, and don’t even get me started on the team at the front office. I’ve personally been working with Lexi, but have had nothing but good experiences with others as well. I seriously can’t say enough good things. Check them out!!

RecommendedI have lived at Bicycle Club Apartments for over 5 years now. The Manager and her staff, including the Maintenance Dept, work very hard to exceed the residents expectations. They are actually the reason why I don’t care to live anywhere else. Maintenance requests are literally responded to, within 15 minutes and are COMPLETED within no more than 24 hours. I'm writing this on July 3rd and the pool is still not open (the rest of downtown has figured out how to open their pools) and there has been no real communication on why. These kinds of problems come from above the office leasing staff. Commerce Tower is a community that has so much potential, but falls so short of reaching it. Good location, decent finishes, etc. However, the thing that hurts them so much is their habit of doing things halfway or less. Great example is my unit. If you’re considering moving here, please reassess your options. So to start off, I’d like to say there was definitely some good things about living here but that the end the negative outweighed the positives. I just left the apartment complex after living there almost two years with my roommate. We had dealt with air conditioning issues throughout our time living there.
