I got their number from a friend who recommended them to me and so I gave them a call because I recently moved into a home in Canyon Lake and wanted to remodel the kitchen, fireplace, and 3 bathrooms. They had someone come to my home two days later in order to do measurements and give me an estimate. Once I went to the shop and picked the type of tile and granite I wanted, they scheduled me in for the upcoming week. They did a beautiful job in my kitchen and master bathroom, which I wanted to remodel for a long time. They finished the job quicker than I expected and had nice workers. They seemed very organized and focused on getting the job done.

First time I called and left a message, no one returned my call. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called again. This time I talked with Manuel, who was very friendly, and told me he would get back to me with a quote. We played phone tag, and when I finally got ahold of him, he said he needed to find my file and get back with me. I ended up having to call again because he didn't return that call. I ordered some custom pieces and they "forgot" four different times. The last time, when I said they could just forget my order, I did not even get an apology from them. A business without follow-through is not worth your time. Very unprofessional!
