I have been a patient here for a couple years now, the staff is great and Dr.Rocha is the best dentist I have been too. Very friendly. I recommend the Naples office.

I heard about this office on the radio I thought it was too good to be true so I set up an appointment for my invisalign and I got a great deal my full treatment came out to be $3800 total and Dr. Rocha is very friendly and staff is highly trained.

Its a shame I didn't read these reviews before hand. These people are thieves. They have unlicensed people working there and their billing practices are absurd. They overcharged me for work done and i'm still fighting to get the money back. They claim they've refunded the money owed to me but its been months and they haven't refunded anything. Every time I tried to speak with some one about this, they make themselves scarce. As Rich L. stated below, STAY AWAY!!!!! This place will scam you as they scammed me.

I agree , very pushy, rude, and suspicious billing practices. I too was asked to pay before any work was done then asked to pay more after the fact even though I had signed a form agreeing to the price. I have tried to contact anyone who can review my bill but they are always not available. I am still receiving new bills a year later! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

My wife unfortunately purchased an over priced electric toothbrush which never worked. She returned it and asked for a refund. Tower agreed it was defective. After 3 months of calls and being told 'the refund check must have been lost in the mail', she called Amex to do a charge back. A week later, they finally sent us the refund. Do not use this place!!

I would never recommend this place to anyone. The people are very pushy. I feel like they are doing more dental work than required.They are seriously just out there for the money. DO NOT GO HERE.

Charged full price instead of insurance contracted price. Still fighting for a refund of the difference for 4 months. Beware.
