Undisciplined, poor processes, almost a non-existent check and balance review coupled with a dangerous operation that resulted in a botched cataract surgery, all because they refused to communicate properly and check their work. I strongly suggest finding another medical business that performs cataract surgery if you want to ensure a successful result.
