I had tower carpet cleaning come out and clean my carpet and was very pleased with their work.I really didnt think that my carpet was salvageable,but by the time they were done, I was very happy I didnt spend the money to replace it. The husband and wife team that cleaned my carpet were very professional and friendly.
They use a computer dailer to harass customers who are on the do not call list and then treated ne rudely when I objected. Their business practices are very poor and consumer-unfriendly!
I keep getting telephone solicitions from this company. I have begged them for two years to remove my name from their list and they refuse. I am also on the do not call list. This is such a frustrating situation. Everytime they call they do it twice within an hour!!
I also receive calls from these rude people. I have filed a complaint at the do not call list site and urge anyone else who has received calls from them to do likewise. If they get enough complaints they will take action. As far as I am concerned if someone is sorry enough to keep calling after they have been asked not to then they should be put out of business. I also wonder if these people who posted good things are real or being truthful? Anyway I hope the scumbag company goes broke.

I have had Tower Carpet Cleaning clean my house and office for 15 years and I love their service and rates. They allways come either that day or the next and do the best job every time. I would never use anyone else. Thanks guys!!Peace, Bryan
