Ive had them come out several times over the past 3 years and theyve always done a terrific job. Theyve even been able to come out quickly at last minutes notice when I need them to. The husband and wife are the people who come out to the house to do the work and have always been very polite, friendly and professional with me. I tried to go the cheap way twice by trying Kiwi cleaners and someone else advertising in the Red Plum, but I went back to Tower because they do the best job. We have had the husband and wife team clean our carpets for about 8 years. They always do a superb job, are depnedable and pleasant. I dont know if there is another company w the same name doing the calling BUT I have had reminder calls and when I asked to call back in a month or two that is when I get a call. I have and will continue to recommend this company. As someone else mentioned the carpets look as though it is time to replace, when they are done they look like new. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will call and harass you, even when you ask that they not call again. Please give your business to companies that respect the general public enough not to continually call randomly at dinner.

I also got an automated call and the person that got on the phone was very rude. I will never use them and urge others to carefully check them out before using them

I had tower carpet cleaning come out and clean my carpet and was very pleased with their work.I really didnt think that my carpet was salvageable,but by the time they were done, I was very happy I didnt spend the money to replace it. The husband and wife team that cleaned my carpet were very professional and friendly.
