FABULOUS color/cut/service..... – I am new to Houston and was lucky to find such a great stylist so quickly! The staff is all extremely nice. I LOVE how my color and cut turned out. Sami was able to give me the blonde color many other stylists had been unable to match. I felt like Sami spent her time styling my hair and I really loved the end result. Great color! – I had a great experience at this salon. I have very long, thick, dyed blonde hair with lots of breakage that desperately needed color correction when I arrived at Touch of Red (I had bands of color and what lowlights there were, were ashy). Sami sat me down with some books and asked me to show her some pictures of what I wanted my hair to look like. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! – I was not disappointed in the service at all! It's a smaller salon, with a cozy, relaxed atmosphere, allowing for the staff to cater to my every need. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted, offered wine or anything else I could possibly want to drink, and shown to a seat to wait. Fab place for pink highlights! – This place was fantastic! I wanted hot pink highlights and had spent some time calling around and researching. Touch of Red had the best reputation for highlights so I went in to check it out. The atmosphere inside is really funky with scented candles and Frida Kahlo art everywhere. Sami and all the other employees are very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Good expereince, but disappointed – I listened to the great reviews and made an appointment with Sami. Her shop is adorable. She is a lot of fun and the visit was good. After I left I realized that the cut wasn't quite what I wanted, so I called 2 days later to see if she would fit me in for a few more snips (minor fix). She was booked (understandably) so I called a few days later. Fantastic hair cut; super fast but highly fashionable – After I arrived at the shop, Sami had my hair washed and conditioned in no time. She asked what I do for a living (lawyer) and what kind of cut I wanted -- and she came up with a look that was just perfect. She snipped away for just a few minutes and then blew dry my hair at lightning speed -- but she never seemed like she was rushing and the hair cut turned out perfectly even and AWESOME! SHEER PERFECTION!!! – Sami was able to give me the best haircut and color I have ever had in my life! I went into the salon on a saturday morning feeling horrible, and down on myself. From the time I sat in the chair I started to instantly feel good and by the time I was all finished I was 100% better than when I went in... Color and Cut – Sami is FANTASTIC!!! Highly recommend- two of my girlfriends will now be seeing Sami for their hair! Sami is fun, friendly and out-going and knows her hair! I went in not really knowing what I wanted to do other than darken my hair. She not only colored my hair perfectly to make my hazel eyes pop, but she gave me a spectacular hair cut; versatile enough to be conservative for work and fun for going out. Thanks Sami- you know have a customer for life!
