Unfortunate experience – It's been several months since I've been here. I went to Touch of Red b/c of the rave reviews on City Search and because the previous stylist I went to just didn't get what I was wanted in my hair color. I told Sami I wanted a rich auburn and the result was WAY darker than I anticipated, but what's worse is that it was just shy of being MAROON. So sorry for the miscommunication but when you have been coloring your own hair at home the hair can be a bit damaged and it will grab any base we are sure if you would of called us with in that week we could of fixed it for free. We are glad that you are getting lots of compliments now so sorry for the inconvience at Touch of Red we strive to make all are clients happy but after all we are humans so we are not perfect.
GREAT COLOR GREAT SHOP – WOW! All I can say I am very picky I have been to some of the best Hair salons in New York and Houston and she can does great corrective color and her haircuts , wonderful !!!! Excellent Experience! – I went to see Sami at Touch of Red after having a not-so-great highlight experience at another salon. Sami was wonderful! She knew exactly what to do to fix my highlights so they would look how I wanted them to look. The highlights turned out perfectly and I have gotten so many compliments on them. Very Good Experience – The place is classy, cozy and private. No deafening music either like in other hair salons. Dee Ann is friendly and listens to what you want, at the same time she gives you suggestions. I liked her so much I got my sister a gift certificate on her birthday.
Friendly People with Expertise! – I recently took my daughter to Touch of Red to get her hair cut and colored. She's very shy but has an artsy side to her. She wanted to add blue to her hair which is naturally very dark and I of course was totally against as a parent but when Sami was done everyone in the salon raved about it. Wonderful – I can only say I have been going to her for a year and she can fix any thing she is wonderful and a she is true color expert she does some neat people and she is honest and to the point the shop is very welcoming and simple my family just loves her and she will say no if she thinks your hair will not take you need to go to touch of red you will love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The most satisfying hair cut ever! – I made an appointment with Sami based on the Citysearch review, and I have to say they are very accurate. I haven't had a hair cut for a year since I want to find someone I can really trust. Sami was very big on charity donation, she suggested that I can donate my 12'' in long cut-off hair to breast cancer society which I did! It was wonderful experience to donate your hair.
