Horrible customer service Will NEVER go to this place after the phone call i just had to make appointment for my kids.
My boys went to Tots N Teens when they were younger. From the time they were born until they graduated HS!! Now 20 & 21! Now my daughter goes there...she is five! We absolutely love Dr. Barron! I trust him and know that he cares about my kids....and the ladies upfront, they are awesome!
I have three children and they have been patients here for almost 8 years. My son had a check up scheduled today at 12:30. My husband called me this morning to let me know that he left his medicine at home and he doesn't work close to home. I called to reschedule my sons appointment due to having to get my husbands medicine to him. I was told that I would receive a $35 "no show" fee. This is absolutely ridiculous.
