This company allows Spam to be transmitted through their servers. Have attempted many times to Opt-Out, and still continue to get numerous amounts of spam their their IP addresses. Based off what I have seen, this company does not care about their paying customers, so that translates to me, they do not care about complaints from people who are getting Spam through their servers.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. Can't accomplish anything and not one of their phone numbers to call work. They don't listen to what you are trying to say in your email and just keep saying to use the link to resolve the issue. If I had the correct username and password I might be able to use the link. My website has been down all day and no email! Look elsewhere if you are used to hands on support.

I was with Hands On Web Hosting for many years, and TSS purchased them recently. I'm on a shared server, and my site has now been down for 18+ hours, and they still have no estimate when my site will be running again. After several support tickets with generic responses like "the node went down, we're restoring as quickly as possible", I finally got a sales person on the phone. He said that my server had been restoring since midnight Atlanta time, and was a 500Gb RAID10 disk subsystem. He told me this at 5:00 PM Atlanta time... read more

I was hosting with a company that TSS purchased out, I have been having downtime issues as well as no response from the support staff through my client portal from anyone. either this is a poor implementation of taking over other companies or just poor service all around, either way this is an indication of leadership from within the company,, 9+ Hours is NOT Acceptable for any kind of response for a site being down by any means.

They do great work! I've hired them twice to optimize two different servers from hell. They worked their magic and had me running error-free in no time.
