I may go the same route as Slava Prakhiy. I was a long-standing customer of the company they recently acquired. The response time is much slower than the previous company. My site has been down for several hours and that's enough for me to consider doing business elsewhere once my site is available again. I feel held hostage with the lack of responsiveness.

Used to be a great company for many years but unfortunately no longer. We will be severing our long-standing business relationship. The service, technical competency and response time have all disintegrated completely.
I contacted TSS and Colo@ a number of times requesting the removal of a personal photo on their platform which has been used without my consent, and received no response. A follow up DMCA takedown notice was also ignored.
I’ve been using TSS since 2011 for my colocation hosting needs in Atlanta and they have consistently exceeded my expectations.
Total Server Solutions is a great partner and I would recommend them to any future or former colleagues! They provide top notch support, always works diligently to find solutions, and are experts in Magento knowledge.
