They billed me $130 for services I didn't order and tried to bill me $131 + $131 for other services. They refused to credit the charges back to my card and I had to file a charge-back. AVOID AVOID AVOID
They sent me a huge invoice and I don't even have an account with them.

I was a customer from Certified Hosting, and lately ever since TSS took over, I have been getting Phishing emails which look like they came from TSS. What I find disturbing is how did the people behind the phishing campaign know I was a TSS customer? Will be leaving this company this weekend based on the fact that it's obvious that someone has access to the customer database who shouldn't.
Stop spamming people on FB!
I also was a certified hosting customer, never had a problem. But TSS support is garbage, one of my sites is not working and I cant get into control panel. Password reset is not working not in spam folder. Contacted tss still no reply after 24 hours, unacceptable. Stay away if you have a serious business/website
I'm customer for tss from 2014 but recently them service became extremely bad .. delay in response .. unprofessional support team and they charge me remote hands for them delay and mistakes .. I don't recommend them as colocation provider .. I didn't try the other services
