This practice is a rip off. When I went to my first visit appointment I clearly stated on the paperwork that I had an attorney the spanish lady at the front desk reviewed my paperwork with me and even confirmed my attorney information after paying my copay of $50.00 they take me to the back for the dr to tell me he doesn't like lawyers and the practice doesn't see patients with attorneys and refused to treat me.. on top of all this he refused to give me a refund for my copay and illegally put on the form it was a second opin... read more
With all that's going on in the world right now, there are not many offices open. Total Orthopaedic Care was there for me in my time of need. They scheduled me for a same day appointment. The staff was so kind and helpful. The doctor was amazing and had a wonderful bedside manner. I'm feeling much better already. Would highly recommend to anyone!
