This is the best doctor’s office I have ever been at. Dr. Diaz is very caring. He will listen to your concerns, answer your questions, educate you etc. Hats off to his staff as well, especially Michelle for always being so sweet and nice when she calls for updates on behalf of doctor Diaz.
Michelle B. is amazing. She follows up and is always very professional and understanding. Dr. Jorge Diaz is an amazing doctor and definitely has the care of his patients as priority. His entire team is first class including Dr Carla Hoo-Thoms, his nurse, and Alex. I am very grateful that my husband and I have found Dr. Diaz!

Can not thank the staff at Total Health Medical Center enough!!! Dr. Diaz was out of the office, but his staff PROVIDED QUALITY health care and support!!! Ashley answered the phone and was extremely helpful, kind and compassionate explaining the process and what would happen once the nurse practitioner called us back AND then followed up with another call later that afternoon. The upmost professional health team in Pembroke Pines. Dr. Diaz is always willing to address all of your questions and to resolve any health issues regarding. In an emergency Dr. Diaz will call you back or his staff will call you back in a most expedited time. I would recommend this office in taking care of your medical need. I trust Dr. Diaz’s in all of my health matters and he has a wonderful staff. Michelle is a total asset to Total Health.
