I DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to waste your precious time? Very dismissive attitude and care. Came here specifically after an accident/ injury referred by the GP and after the MRI, the Dr told me I have nothing but what the MRI showed on the side (where the accident happened) he said: oh you had an accident? Can’t you do your homework on why the patient is even sitting in your office for? The pain got worse and 0 solutions other than to tell me it’s a life chronic issue now.
My experience at this place was pretty bad. For starters, the staff are quite rude and speak to you as if they were scolding you for no reason; you also feel unwelcome if you aren't from the same country as them. On top of that, I scheduled my appointment for 1:00 PM and arrived on time, but they didn't see me until 3:00 PM what is the point of scheduling a specific time if they’re just going to see you at a completely different one? I have seen both Dr. Chow and Dr. Zhu, they ate both amazing doctors and very professional! They know what they are doing and always listen to what I need to tell them! I don't get what others think of them about how rude they are! These two doctors are gems! The staffs are super gems!! Everyone is very friendly!
