I love this gym. The workers are extra friendly , the people who workout there will always help someone if they see you are struggling , no one is judgmental so you don't feel uncomfortable , the equipment is up to date , the fitness classes are a blast, and its always nice to take some laps in the pool to stretch out those muscles with something a little more low impact.
I have only good things to say about Total Fitness, I have been to other places and no where is as friendly and open as this place. My fitness life has grown so much since getting my membership a year ago.

Between the AWESOME classes and instructors to their wonderful childcare facilities, this gym is hands down the best EVER!! The place is always so clean and well kept. I am here 4 or 5 times a week...it is my happy place :)

Should be a franchise! weekend hours aren't optimal for those outside of 9to5 jobs; aside from that the staff rocks, equipment is great and maintained, group classes (and instructors) are best in class!
Most Definitely the definition of judgement free zone. It welcomes gym goers of all types.
