Total Fitness is the best place for the entire family workouts. There are varied group exercises to attend. The gym is huge enough that No one has to wait for any machine or weights or place, be it strength training or cardio. Swimming pool including Children pool are nice. Children love Kid's Zumba, Kid's Aqua. Daycare is good. Sauna is bonus. What else can you ask for, for the entire family to stay healthy.
I love this gym hands down. From the up to date facility to the trainers and the fitness classes. I have seen my fair share of gyms and this is excellent. Total Fitness you rock!!!
SOOOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Anytime I've tried reaching Amanda she has been unresponsive or just blows me off. First few times were in regards to potentially teaching or subbing a group fitness class...left multiple messages and never, not once, did I receive a response and she was never in the office when I asked. Now I've been trying to terminate my contract since I've moved out of state and she is the MOST difficult person I've ever worked with, even though I'm in full rights of the cancellation policy. Great amount of free weights and a wide variety of machines. Ample space and awesome people! Staff is great, basketball courts are great, and the kids love the swimming area! Couldn't imagine not working out at T Fit.

What an amazing place to work out! I am one of those typical women that was intimidated by the gym. The staff, the equipment and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. I really look forward to my workouts now and bettering myself. Give this gym a try you will not be disappointed!
